The purpose of this training is for new interns to gain knowledge of land management terminology and the abstraction process (research, investigate, and create) to pass future titling abstractor certification programs and to acquire data entry skills into a blockchain database.

 

This is an eight-hour and self-paced asynchronous training for new hires to practice skills while working through a real-life situation. Upon completing the course, the intern meetings with the Subject Matter Expert (David FitzGerald) for an interview and final summative assessment to demonstrate skills. The designers would also like to acknowledge Mr. Jack Kennedy (Clerk) and his Wise County Clerk’s Office an opportunity to work with this training.
