The LeADERS Program at Old Dominion University allows students to experience enriched learning where classes are interactive, hands-on, and practical for the real world. This program is an initiative through the Center for High Impact Practices (CHIP) which supports the idea that students should strive for programs and activities that will drive success beyond the classroom. Ultimately, this helps students to demonstrate to prospective graduate programs and employers that they are striving for highly enriching courses in academia that will enhance their skills as they move forward throughout their careers.
